Unfortunately not. You can buy tickets from MAV (Hungarian railways) ticket offices in Budapest or from certain travel agents (including Carlson Wagonlit), but the agents will charge a handling fee.
Sample ticket costs are as follows:
€13 one way second class, specific train including reservation, booked at least three days in advance, and subject to quota.
€23.94 "normal" fare, one way second class, any train, always available.
