Upgrades to J
Called today for travel in two weeks from LHR to YYZ and back. On the 1st leg got my 2nd choice of flight time and on the 2nd leg got my first choice. Both H fares to J.

Couldn't have been easier. Would have expected upgrades on LHR-YYZ to be impossible to come by.
