I can echo fredsxb's comments about the Tokyo MO - stunning hotel in every aspect, service, food, and rooms. I booked the top room category and was upgraded to an Oriental Suite on a Centurion FHR rate.

As to Molecular Tapas, without a doubt it has to be done. I'm no foodie but the experience was outstanding, and one that will last a lifetime.
