People, responding to a request (I take it) are assumed to be charitable in their responses. They are, however, NOT required to respond to unreasonable requests or support something that is clearly morally questionable. Obviously your request of help for figuring out how to "plonk...in an F seat..and not get caught" is problematic because there is something blatantly wrong in doing that, namely you are being dishonest. There was NOTHING in the op's request that can be disregarded in this way.
Here, I take it the moderator should act to close such discussions that ask for help supporting actions that are wrong. But you are still correct, that the OP for such posting will still be justified to demand his readers be on-topic, although of course his request is ill-conceived.
