It is only worth it if you consistently have problems finding a parking space when you travel. I would think you would have no problems finding a spot leaving on Sunday afternoons. You should also know, that there is usually a waiting list of several hundred people to get a spot in the Gold Lot. It is not something you typically can just call up and they will have a spot to give you, at least that was my experience when I inquired about it.
