Stay Credits are not given while using Clubpoints. However, the statement is not entirely true as clubpoints can be converted into HHonors points on the fly to book a room at a HHonors hotel. Technically, this stay is considered as an award stay which allows you to earn stay credit.

Based on my experience, HHonors points are not given for incidental charges when clubpoints are used for "pure" HGVC stays .
