I'd be inclined to stick with the Westin, under those circumstances. They are both category 5, of course, so no difference in points. You may or may not do better upgrade-wise at the Sheraton, as a Gold. But we love the atmosphere at the Westin.
If you were a Platinum I'd say the Westin for sure.
