Slightly OT but it appears you guys know BKK

I'm flying BKK to LHR on BA10 in February and as you know the plane leaves at midnight.

My connecting flight choices are to arrive BKK from HKT at 7.50pm, 9.10pm, 10.15pm or 10.55pm. The last two seem risky especially as I have to recheck bags (i'm assuming)

Does the BA F lounge have food to eat for dinner and will it be OK for 4 hours if I take the 7.50pm arrival? I've seen on FT that there is anew F lounge but could not find info about preflight dining
