See a previous post as to why a cabin may be more profitable even when it's emptier.

So if you want to look at the profitability of the whole cabin, your argument seems to boil down to this: "I am not arguing that BA should sell the Club cabin at an overall loss, so long as I can buy a £1,500 ticket with other people making sure that there is no overall loss by buying £3,000 tickets."

Now that's the spirit of FlyerTalk.
