Shore diving from the hotel would cause me to rethink Aruba as a possible destination.
I cant remember if the dive shop at the Palm Beach resorts did offer shore dives but i guess even if they do its not a great location to do so. However i can remember that there are quite a few dive spots close to the private island of the REN Aruba. So doing shore dives from there might be an option (if offered).
