I believe the major bullet-point of the promotion was that if you could measure and document that a ticket was available for the same flight/date/time/fare on another site, at a lower cost, then you'd get the difference plus a TCV. If you can do that, specifcally the same flight/date/time/fare, email via TTY until you get what you want. You might have to do it until they pay you to go away, yet that seems to be normal process (mentioned in this and/or other threads).
I have emailed/replied to them four times, each time stating my case and including the documentation (screen captures and fare rules). Their response is that they have to be abe to verify the fare themselves, and when they looked at it (12 hours after I submitted it) they had lowered the fare and it was now available on nwa.com.
To me, the fact that they refunded the fare difference (which I appreciate) is admitting the fact that the claim was valid in and of itself.
