Playing Devil's Advocate though, I can see why NWA wouldn't want to rely on screen printouts sent in by customers but try to valid the claim for themselves. It would be far too easy to photoshop something that looks like a valid screen printout.

It's frustrating to customers for sure, since it takes time to validate claims, but I don't see how else NWA could avoid fraudulent claims.
