I stayed 3 times at the ES Crabtree/Raleigh, all times I recieved the "snack pack" (nuts, bottled water, chips)-no robe. One time I was upgraded to the top floor where there was a robe. I think you have to be on floors dedicated to Elite members regardless of your status to get a robe.

At the Cleveland Downtown ES I received upgrade to full kitchen 3-room suite but no robe.

At the Dallas Marketplace ES I didn't even get a suite, there was only one bedroom because I had a discounted rate (at $129 not that discounted).
