The E S in Kansas City at the Plaza. I got nothing for being a Gold not even the Embassey touch. When I called down and mentioned that I had not received the little box of snacks they said they would send one up, it never came. The staff was uninterested in their customers. In contrast the Double Tree downtown K C treated me exceptionally well. Early check in, A suite and were very concerned about their customers. They had an omlet bar in teh morning and a pasta bar in the evening in the executive lounge, first class operation.
