Since breakfast and drinks are included for everyone at ES, the normal extra for Golds is a bag of chips and a bottle of water. It's called the "Embassy Touch". I've heard of some elites getting a better room, but have never experienced this myself. Since most rooms are identical at "built-as-Embassy" properties (as opposed to acquisitions), a higher floor may be their only option.
