But of course they can't travel without one, not on BA's network. Infants pay 10% of the fare, plus TFCs as mentioned above - there's even a discounted YQ for infants.
The only variance on that will be on the new Club World London City service; there will be no infant or child discounts, presumably in an attempt to discourage minors on these business orientated flights. I'll have a look see what the baggage allowance for INFs would be there and post that later.
