Can't recommend this highly enough! I did a similar itinerary two years ago - GOR, then the ferry to Phillip Island. Then continued the next morning to Wilson's Prom, which was one of the absolute highlights of the 3-week trip. Great hiking, beautiful scenery, and good wildlife viewing.
