HH gold @ HGI Oakland/San Leandro, 2 stays w/in the last 5 days:

2 bottles of water + full breakfast. Upgraded to larger end room (not a suite) 1st time, had a standard room the second.

New hotel - great staff, shuttle to/from OAK. For the first night, I had an early flight out and was going to miss the breakfast. Mary at the front desk realized this when I set up the shuttle time and, without prompting, swapped breakfast coupon for a $5 pantry certificate. Not sure, but it looked like the $5 certificate was normally an added Diamond perk. Would recommend.
