Speaking about the Renton location, when I was there a couple of times early in 2002 they had 2 bottles of water delivered to the room automatically for Golds and Diamonds. Then they went to giving you a coupon for water. Most recently (my 2 last stays this year) the coupons are no longer given. When I asked about the water, they said I could take 2 bottles.

I asked why the water was no longer automatic and they gave me a story about how it wasn't working out (no clue what THAT means). No promises that they won't change their procedure in the future, but as of 2 weeks ago, you had to ask for the water.
