This morning I checked out of the MIA Hilton and when I retrieved my e-mail's this evening there was an e-mail from Hilton with my folio attached in a PDF file.
Is this now standard practice?
Has this happen to anyone else?
Also, every time I passed the front desk during my stay, there were at least 4 front desk clerks on duty and standing behind each one was a guy looking over their shoulder. Had the feeling like they were installing new software and traing the clerks as some of the clerks I have seen on past stays. Maybe my e-mail from them was a part of this?
