Point Sebago in Maine is fantastic if you have children involved in the equation. We have gone for several years (4 families - 12 adults and 13 kids from 2-15 yrs old) and the activites are terrific. Plus it is all gated so our 8/10 yr old are fine with several of their friends w/o supervision.

They are reserving for 2010 right now, but the best houses/locations go very quickly - we reserved ours during our stay a few weeks ago: all four families will be back in July 2010. Enjoy the search.
