Maybe it shouldn't matter since I don't carry a balance past payment time, but it just seems secretive.

I also received the Important Notice Price Change Notification letter. Did you turn it over? My letter has information on the back. Like you I pay the bill in full every month. To me this is a non issue and par for the course in these economic times.
