Simply use E/F with the "±3 Days" option to get a week at a time. (Also use the "Direct/Non-Stop Only" for "Connection Preference" and QF only to reduce clutter)

Note, Qantas were expecting delivery of their 4th 388 by now but that has been postponed until later this month or September.
