I received the email and had a pleasant surprise when I received a call from the front of office manager and a promise to add high floor to my notes for future stays.
Like you, I don't hold much faith in the programme but respect the value that it adds to my BA account. I like the hotels too much to restrict my travel to the IHG hotels so I'll stay a few more nights
Belfast for three nights in a couple of weeks - fingers crossed for a good upgrade like last time.^
