Shoulda posted here, I spent two weeks at the Hilton Airport. It's not quite as bad as posted, but some of the staff IS pretty clueless, bathroom facilities are falling apart (both my rooms that I've had for two weeks had broken shower heads, low water pressure and toilet problems) and they don't care much for Diamond status either.

I had booked the DT as a backup but promptly cancelled it after reading these reviews. Picked another hotel closer to where I'm working.
