Stay away...
There are no good HHonors hotels here.

My advice would be to stay at the Renaissance in Portsmouth. It is a great hotel if you're in a Marriott mood.

If you REALLY need HHonors stays, there is an OK Hampton Inn in Chesapeake (I believe it is on Woodlake Drive). It is near a mall and is in a decent part of town. Let me know where you need to be and I will help steer you.
