As a recipricol member, wirelss internet access is denied. When travelling with family - I have been told more than once that I may only bring in one guest while I see RCC members bring in four or five guests or family. I did have to pay for the RCC add-on, why should my privileges not be equal to an RCC member?
US treats me no worse than United. I prefer United for E+. otherwise it's pretty much a similar experience.
As far as the RCC add on, that's outrageous. You're actually paying a good bit for access and should have similar benefits with guests, wifi, etc.
I have read here that LH Senator Club members get similar limitations in the RCC so perhaps you have a point on United's stingyness. I've always been allowed to bring wife and child in the MUC Senators club.
