You can find the train schedules and pricing at trenitalia.it
Note that the tower/duomo is closer to Pisa San Rossore station (a 5 minute walk). From Pisa Centrale it's a short bus ride.

Pisa isn't that interesting a city, other than the tower and duomo. There are other much more interesting places and closer options, including Orvieto, Florence, Pompeii, ...

BTW, I hope that by segway you don't mean Segway!
