RCCs and treated like dirt. What do you mean? I've been a RCC member for 4-5 years and had limited access prior to then via Star Gold. I can't recall any bad incident in terms of staff treatment. Maybe once or twice I interacted with staff who seemed a bit cold or indifferent, but that's about it. Nearly always it is cordial or polite.
