It was a CR7, and I assume W&B = "weight & balance", so there is no comp due because of the weight restriction. I will try anyhow, but it sounds like it's not worth a lot of effort. I'll probably ask for the miles back for the segment where they weren't able to provide transportation, and take whatever I get, if anything.
