Well it only took 8 months, but I'm happy to announce that My Itineraries just started working for me again tonight. It turns out I had a reservation at a franchise location that closed, and they never bothered to call me about re-scheduling or cancelling before they shut their system down. The reservation was then hung in limbo and couldn't be voided or cancelled by anyone. But now since the date passed it removed itself from the system, and I'm back online.
