Point for incidentals were posted within about 7-10 days for our recent award stay at the Rome Airport Hilton.

Points for the award stay at Rome Cavalieri Hilton were not automatically posted, but the service center posted them manually within 3 days of us contacting them.

10 points for each dollar spent, plus 25% gold bonus, we got over 15,000 points for the award stays from the two hotels. Plus another few thousand points from the Hilton AmEx card that we used during the trip.
