I have NOT asked the "same" question, i.e., does Singapore sell single use passess. Rather, I have asked in the the forums which correspond to the airlines which have a lounge at JFK terminal 4 whether these airlines sell single use passes. So far, I have not been able to find an airline which sells single use passes at that terminal.

Needless to say, notwithstanding the alleged "crossposting," I have found out on my own that it is possible to buy a single use pass at the following JFK Terminal 4 lounges:
