Big thanks ^, but the wording seems a bit odd to me. Maybe the thread title? "Is the weak SWU the #1 complaint with the New Diamond tier"

Or a multiple choice of whats is the biggest complaint:
- Weak SWU
- Same program as NW offered Plats 2 years ago
- Already have lounge membership so that is useless for me
- VIP services are not clearly defined
- Too big a jump from Plat to Diamond for so few benefits
- Non-SWU Choices are not that exciting
