For long time stays, Homewood suites would be your best bet (There is one in Chesterfield about 20 miles outside of town) which would give you a stove, refrig and all the items to cook with. If you didn't want to do that, stay at the Embassy Suites. A lot larger area to live in and the breakfast in the morning saves a lot of money for extended periods.
