appears to be 15kg
in total, as long as you have paid the per-bag fee (if booked online: first bag £10, second and third bag £20 each, the price doubles if you pay at the airport ticket desk)
After that paid for 15kg, you're looking at £15
per kilo.
Ryanair is best completely avoided if you have any bags to check-in, try other airlines.

This passage means 32kg is the maximum Ryanair (and the big UK airports) will accept to go through the baggage system - regardless of how much you have paid in fees.
