I am a Air Berlin Silver member and one of the benefits is that I can reserve seats for a booking in advance.

Well, gave that a try and guess what: They can only reserve the 'unattractive' seats starting in row 5. No bulkhead row or emergency exits . Well, I understand they will not reserve their 'XL' seats, but bulkhead.. Rows 2-5.... Please!

When having done online check in, I always get these seats without any problem....

I guess another benefit that is nice on paper but worthless in reality!
