It depends on the AWD (Avis Worldwide Discount). Is Group C intermediate? I've just made a dummy Group C booking at avisba.com for January and got £226 (prepay) and £248 (pay at agency). At avisworld.com, it's £251 (pay at agency) with no AWD or £201 (pay at agency) using my own AWD.
For me, the avisba rate would be at least 12% higher - like for like would be 23% higher. As always YMMV. There are so many AWDs, it's difficult to be prescriptive.
(I used to get 50% off rack rates, but the discount has been enhanced.
