I'll say this in a positive way - WN has the nicest agents of any airline at BWI.
However, that's a backhanded compliment - I can say with the confidence of a large number of data points that the entire group of employees at BWI is the surliest and least helpful group of people in the whole industry. Apologies to anyone in advance who works there, but I won't back off this statement. The baggage handling folks are the bottom of the barrel.
The OP's comment didn't surprise me at all - they will say anything they feel like - even if it's not true.
