Much appreciated though, otherwise I would've had to wait well over a week to get the balance, and then the ticket may not have been available.

That's because the computer knows that you keep trying to cheat the system. I allways booked online and never got the warning. But it did tell me that I was being lent miles. However, they have done so many "upgrades" of the system that what was true three months ago, might be quite different today.
