Just call Avis.

They're really good and based in the UK. Had to make some changes recently. It's also worth getting onto the Avis Preferred scheme. It's hassle to apply (takes a couple weeks to get sent the stuff) but it gets you your car quicker and a free upgrade the first time you use it.
