LIN would be top of my list. It has a refurbished Galleries lounge which is calm and spacious, if windowless. But the main advantage is that unlike many others it's 10 minutes by taxi to the city centre, so you can get into town, have a very nice lunch indeed, wander around the area by the cathedral, etc.
I'd avoid MUC simply because it's a ridiculous distance from the city.
VIE has some above-averagely interesting food (soups etc) and lots of Sekt (local sparkling wine), although the lounge itself is rather soulless.
Avoid CDG and AMS at all costs!
