In London 3 weeks ago asked for onwards travel, I said I always book on the internet a day before and that I am leaving in 3 days after my meetings. 2 passports completly full of stamps was all I needed. This was Luton other london airports I use the IRIS system.
The British tend to be indept as to who enters whereas the French seem disinterested.
