AS Awards on AA and DL are lower cost than on BA and AF.

AA, AF and KL are all at 100K for business class (AA "two class" TATL is using a not-quite-lie-flat seat). DL is a bit cheaper at 90K. Don't know if you'd get lie-flat there, though.
