Remember, you need to pay a substantial fuel surcharge for BA flights. I'd also look at AS flights that connect to KLM flights to AMS (such as SFO, YVR, YYC, etc.) which can then connect to where you want to go in Europe. Although it adds a connection, it'll give you many more options.
