Let's wait for the reasoning of the Cologne decision. BTW: This is the reasoning of the Frankfurt decision:

From what I currently see and read, I can only assume that LH had the better lawyers. However, the German Supreme Court will have to deal with both decisions. At the end of the day it will not change anything, the airlines will find a new way to protect their markets and I have pointed out an easy way quite a few times
