It was IIRC around 120-130ish NIS when I took a cab from TLV to TA in summer 2008. This was to the Sheraton Towers on Ha Yarkon, not the Sheraton Moriah (which has since left Starwood). I had nearly 50kg of luggage spread over 5 pieces all by my lonesome which meant I was in no position to bargain nor was I in the mood at that time as well. This was not during Shabbat. Thursday afternoon I think.
