What really bothered me was that Kevin in India or whatever fake name they used was very carefull not to even admit that anything happened. To paraphrase it was something like "we cannot confirm or deny anything happened, but if you submit a bill, we might consider it".

I wonder if the FAA has a place online that records these incidents. Who knows, maybe they are legally in the clear for not paying for any medical bills relating to these incidents. However, I voted with my feet and took my $150,000 annual spend to CO.
