Perhaps that site didn't receive a request to remove it. It seems like the desire here was not to remove it, and it was only done at explicit request. No explicit request on other sites = no removal.

I see. GoGo should have demanded that it be removed from all websites under Randy's control. Since they only demanded that it be taken off Flyertalk, he thought they were OK with it being on boardingarea.com. Given the relative number of page views, that is a reasonable interpretation.
