Nothing, I'm afraid. There were no such fees when we were at Mizner Place (upgrade from the Vacation Village we had booked on a certificate from Skyauction), but that is 3 years ago. We have very recently again used the Home & Away, Surf & Turf etc. certificates from Skyauction and the only additional charges we have had were "resort fees" of IIRC $2.99 per day at the Celebrity Resorts - Spas in Kissimmee.

We're using 2 more in Ft. Lauderdale in December (Wyndham Ocean Palms) and there are no additional cleaning or resort charges mentioned. If you have more flexibility, the certs. are a better deal than the outright purchase of a week, since they only include a $195 per week fee, instead of $295.
